Jess Boulay is a Project Manager who runs Giant Shoe Creative Agency alongside her business partner, Brad Moore. Giant Shoe is a full-service marketing agency located in downtown St.Catharines. Jess is also the Coordinator for The Shoebox Project – Niagara, a chapter of the Non-For-Profit Charity The Shoebox Project that focuses on helping women in-need or in-crisis. 

She has a background in working in product development and fusing clean design with user experience. She has a passion for project planning and collaboration and doesn’t shy away from a challange.

Educated with a diploma in Graphic Design from Niagara College and multiple certificates such as Project Management (McMaster University), Marketing Communications (University of Toronto), Disruptive Strategy (Harvard Business School), Digital Analytics (University of British Columbia) and multiple professional development trainings such as the Dale Carnegie Series. 

She knows that continuous development, open communication and supporting each other in business and community are how we thrive together. She is dedicated to her clients and the Niagara community.
